Alleged violent rapist released on bail by weak judicial system

I’m never going stop talking about the incompetent judges we have in this country who seem to think its ok to release violent and dangerous predators out on bail time and time again. 

This time I’m talking abut this recent case from Sydney, Australia where 19-year old Iraqi refugee Abthar Bassam Talib Al-Athmany and his unnamed 17-year old accomplice allegedly lured a 15-year old girl to a room at the Meriton suites in Parramatta where they’re charged with brutally raping the teen. 

The details of the incident are sickening. 

The girl was allegedly told to strip off, had a knife held at her, had her own t shirt used as a blindfold and was raped under a cold shower all whilst the ordeal was filmed and images plastered all over her Instagram profile to sell prostitution services and drugs. 

Disgusting. 

What’s worse is that the girls friend went to the hotel to check on her and was also held captive. The two girls managed to escape at 3:30am and went to a relatives house who alerted the police. 

Now this happened in August and the accused was held in custody for three months until he was released on bail by yet another one of our apparently great and esteemed judges, this one by the name of Justice Richard Button. 

I’m speechless.
